श्री विष्णु की माया नारद जी के साथ

 प्राचीन समय में नारदजी  तपस्या में लीन थे जिसके भय के कारण देवराज इंद्र उनकी तपस्या से डर गए थे कि कहीं ऋषि मेरे सिंहासन पर कब्जा ना कर ले इसी भय के कारण देवराज इंद्र ने कामदेव को बुलाकर ऋषि की तपस्या भंग करने के लिए कहा कामदेव ने नारद जी के तप के स्थान पर जाकर बसंत ऋतु का मौसम बनाया अप्सराएं नाचने लगी दृश्य बहुत ही मनभावन और सुहावना था तब कामदेव ने अपने धनुष पर काम का बाण चढ़ाकर नारद जी पर चलाया किंतु नारद जी पर इस बाण का कोई भी प्रभाव नहीं हुआ और वह अपनी तपस्या में लीन रहे कामदेव इस बात से डर गए कि जब ऋषि तपस्या से उठेंगे तब उन्हें मेरे बारे में पता चलेगा तो वह क्रोधित होंगे और क्रोध में आकर वह मुझे श्राप दे सकते हैं इसलिए कामदेव ने ऋषि के पैर पकड़कर माफी मांगने लगे तब नारद मुनि अपनी तपस्या से उठे तब उन्होंने पूछा कि तुम माफी क्यों मांग रहे हो तब कामदेव ने सारा वृत्तांत कह सुनाया तब ऋषि ने उसे माफ कर दिया लेकिन उनके मन में इस बात का घमंड हो गया कि कामदेव के बाणों का भी उन पर असर नहीं हुआ उन्होंने कामदेव पर विजय प्राप्त कर ली इस जीत से प्रसन्न होकर और अपने मन में घमंड लेकर वह अपने पिता ब्रह्मा जी के पास गए और कामदेव पर अपने विजय प्राप्त करने का सारा वृत्तांत कह सुनाया तब पिता ब्रह्मा जी ने कहा कि हे नारद तुमने यह बात मुझे तो बता दी लेकिन यह बात भगवान शिव से मत करना लेकिन नारद जी ने हंसते हुए कहा कि हे पिता मैंने इतनी बड़ी विजय हासिल की है तो मैं अपनी जीत को क्यो न बताऊं और वह कैलाश की तरफ चल दिए कैलाश पहुंचकर नारद जी ने अपनी जीत का सारा वृत्तांत कह सुनाया भगवान शिव समझ चुके थे कि नारद जी को अपनी जीत का घमंड हो गया है और वह एक भक्त को घमंडी नहीं देख सकते थे इसलिए उन्होंने कहा कि नारद यह वृत्तांत मुझे सुनाया वह तो ठीक लेकिन श्री हरि विष्णु से मत कहना लेकिन नारद जी कब मानने वाले थे वे भगवान हरि को अपना वॄतान्त सुनाने लगे श्री हरि मन ही मन सोच रहे थे कि मेरे भक्त को घमंड हो गया है और वह अपने भक्ति के मार्ग से विचलित हो गया है इस भक्त की रक्षा करना मेरा परम कर्तव्य है नारद मुनि जब वहां से गए तब श्री हरि ने अपनी पत्नी लक्ष्मी से कहा कि हे लक्ष्मी तुम विश्व मोहिनी का रूप धारण करो और जिस मार्ग से मुनि जा रहे हैं उस मार्ग में एक सुंदर नगर का निर्माण करो और अपने स्वयंवर की तैयारी करो तुम इस प्रकार का रूप धारण करना जिससे मुनि नारद के मन में तुम्हारे प्रति प्रेम उत्पन्न हो और उसी समय मैं वहां उपस्थित हो जाऊंगा लक्ष्मी जी ने वैसा ही किया जैसा श्री हरि ने कहा था नारद जी जब वहां से गुजरे तो उनका ध्यान उस सुंदर और भव्य नगरी पर गया तब उन्होंने वहां एक व्यक्ति से पूछा कि यहां पर क्या हो रहा है और यहां का राजा कौन है? उस व्यक्ति ने बताया कि यहां के राजा शील निधि हैं और आज उनकी पुत्री विश्व मोहिनी का  स्वयंबर है।

              जब राजा को पता चला कि नारद मुनि आए हैं तब राजा ने उनका यथोचित आदर सत्कार किया और उनसे निवेदन किया कि वह उनकी पुत्री का हाथ देखकर उसका भविष्य बताएं तब मुनिवर ने विश्व मोहिनी  का हाथ देखकर बताया कि यह तो साक्षात लक्ष्मी है और जो इनका पति होगा वह तीनों लोकों का स्वामी होगा ऐसा कहकर नारद जी वहां से चल पड़े लेकिन मार्ग में वे सोचने लगे कि अगर मेरा विवाह विश्व मोहिनी से हो जाए तो मैं तीनों लोकों का स्वामी बन सकता हूं लेकिन मेरा रूप तो ऋषि जैसा है अतएव विश्व मोहिनी मुझसे विवाह नहीं करेगी इसके लिए मुझे अपना रूप बदलना होगा और एक सुंदर रूप धारण करना होगा यह सुंदर रूप मुझे भगवान श्रीहरि ही दे सकते हैं लेकिन बैकुंठ जाने में मुझे बहुत समय लगेगा तो क्यों नहीं मैं भगवान हरि  का ध्यान करके यहीं बुला लूं भगवान अपने भक्त के बुलाने पर तुरंत आ गए और पूछा कि देवर्षि आपने मुझे किस कारणवश पुकारा है तब नारदजी बोले कि प्रभु मुझे ऐसा सुंदर रूप प्रदान कीजिए कि विश्वमोहिनी मेरे गले में वरमाला डाल दें और मुझे पति रूप में प्राप्त करें तब भगवान हरि ने नारदजी को बंदर का रूप प्रदान किया। जब नारदजी कैलाश से निकलकर बैकुंठ जा रहे थे तब भगवान शिव ने अपने दो गण नारद जी के पीछे लगा दिए थे कि देखना यह क्या करते हैं? लेकिन नारद जी को इस बात का आभास नहीं था कि कोई उनका पीछा कर रहा है देवर्षि नारद राजा श्रीलनिधि के दरबार में पहुंचे और दौड़ कर विश्व मोहिनी के आगे खड़े हो गए ताकि वरमाला उनके गले में डाल दी जाए लेकिन उन्हें क्या पता था कि उनका यह बंदर रूप  देख कर विश्व मोहिनी उनकेे गले में वरमाला कैसे डाल सकती हैं उनको देखकर भगवान शिव के दोनों  गण उनका उपहास करने लगे तभी वहां श्रीहरि वहां आ गए और विश्व मोहिनी ने उनके गले में वरमाला डाल दी और  श्री हरि विश्व मोहिनी को लेकर वहां से चले गए ।तभी शिव  के दोनों गण जो नारद  जी का उपहास  कर रहे थे उन्होंने स्वच्छ  जल मे नारद  जी को अपना   चेहरा दिखाया। चेहरा देखकर नारद जी को अत्यंत क्रोध आया और उसी समय वैकुंठ लोक गए और श्री हरि से कहा कि मैंने तुमसे सुन्दर रूप  मांगा था लेकिन तुमने मुझे बंदर  का रूप प्रदान किया मैैैनेतुमसे पत्नी की इच्छा से सुंदर रूप मांगा था तुमने मेरे साथ छल किया अतः मैं तुम्हेंश्राप देता हूं कि तुम भी पत्नी वियोग में दुख झेलोगे और यहीं बंदर तुम्हारी सहायता करेंगे  उन्होंने शिव के गणों को भी श्राप दिया तुम दोनों राक्षस हो जाओ श्री हरि ने उनका श्राप  स्वीकार कर लिया और अपनी माया हटा ली । माया के हटते ही नारद जी चैतन्य हो गए और पछताने लगे कि मैंने अपने इष्ट देव को श्राप दे दिया और पश्चाताप करने लगे तब भगवान श्री हरि ने नारद से कहा कि कामदेव पर विजय प्राप्त करने के बाद जो आपको घमंड हो गया था उस घमंड को तोड़ने के लिए ही मैंने यह सारी माया रची थी क्योंकि तुम मेरे अति प्रिय भक्त हो और जिसमें तुम्हारा कल्याण होगा मैं वही करूंगा यह सुनकर  नारद जी बहुत लज्जित हो गए श्री हरि ने कहा कि तुम्हारा  श्राप मिथ्या नही जायगा। मै त्रेता युग में राम का अवतार लूंगा उसी युग में भगवान शिव के ये दोनो गण राक्षस रूप में होंगे पत्नी के वियोग में जब मैं इधर उधर भटक रहा हूंगा तब यह वानर हनुमान रूप में मेरी सहायता करेंगे और रावण और कुंभकरण आदि राक्षसों को मार कर में उनका उद्धार करूगा ।

                  इस कहानी से यह सीख मिलती है कि घमंड हमेशा ही दुख देता है कभी-कभी अपनी किसी भी चीज का घमंड नहीं करना चाहिए क्योंकि जो भी होता है प्रभु की इच्छा से ही होता है हम तो केवल निमित्त मात्र हैं

Title - Maya of Shri Vishnu with Narada

In ancient times, Naradji was engrossed in penance due to the fear of which Devraj Indra was afraid of his penance that somewhere the sage should not occupy my throne, due to this fear, Devraj Indra called Kamadeva and asked him to dissolve the penance of the sage.  Going to the place of tenacity of Narada ji, made the season of spring season, the apsaras started dancing and the scene was very pleasing and delightful, then Kamade, with the arrow of work on his bow, fired on Narada ji but this arrow had no effect on Narada ji and  He is afraid of his austerity, Cupid is afraid that when the sage gets up from austerity, then he will know about me, then he will be angry and in anger he can curse me, so Kamade holds the sage's feet and apologizes.  Narada Muni woke up from his austerity, then he asked why you are apologizing, then Kamadev told the whole story, then the sage forgave him, but he became proud that Kamdev's arrows also had no effect on him.  Happened, he conquered Cupid, pleased with this victory and taking pride in his heart,  Brahma went to Brahma and told all the accounts of his victory over Kamdev, then Father Brahma Ji said, O Narada, you have told me this thing but do not do this thing with Lord Shiva but Narada ji said with a laugh  O father, I have achieved such a big victory, so why should I not tell my victory and after reaching Kailash, Narada ji narrated all the accounts of his victory, Lord Shiva had understood that Narad ji should be proud of his victory.  He has gone and he could not see a devotee being arrogant, so he said that Narada narrated this account to me. He was right but do not say to Shri Hari Vishnu but when Narada ji was about to obey, he started narrating his vow to Lord Hari.  The mind was thinking that my devotee has become arrogant and has deviated from his path of devotion. It is my ultimate duty to protect this devotee. When Narada Muni left from there, Shri Hari told his wife Lakshmi that O Lakshmi  You take the form of a world siren and build a beautiful city on the path through which the sage is going and your self  Prepare you to take such a form that will inculcate love in Muni Narada's heart towards you and at the same time I will be present there Laxmi ji did the same as Shri Hari had said when Narada ji passed from there, he would pay attention to him.  He went to the beautiful and grand city, then he asked a person there, what is happening here and who is the king here?  The person said that the king of this place is Sheel Nidhi and today his daughter is the self-proclaimed Vishwa Mohini.

 When the king came to know that Narada Muni had come, the king paid him due respect and requested him to see his daughter's hand and tell her future, then Munivar saw the hand of Vishwa Mohini and told that it is Sakshat Lakshmi and who is his  Husband will be the lord of all the three worlds, saying that Narada ji started from there, but on the way, he started thinking that if I get married to Vishwa Mohini, then I can become the lord of all the three worlds, but my form is like a sage, so Vishwa Mohini  For this, I will not have to marry me, I have to change my form and take a beautiful form, this beautiful form can only be given to me by Lord Srihari but it will take me a long time to go to Baikunth, so why don't I call Lord Hari here after taking care of my God  The devotee immediately came on call and asked for what reason you called me Devarshi, then Naradji said that Lord give me such a beautiful form that Vishwamohini should put a garland in my neck and receive me as a husband, then Lord Hari gave Naradji the monkey.  Provided the form of.  When Naradji was leaving Kailash and going to Baikunth, then Lord Shiva put two of his Ganesha behind Narada Ji to see what he did.  But Narada ji had no idea that someone is following him. Devarshi Narada reached the court of King Srilnidhi and ran and stood in front of Vishwa Mohini so that Varmala would be put on his neck but what he knew was that his  Seeing this monkey form, how could the Vishwa Mohini put a garland in his neck, seeing them, both the gods of Lord Shiva began to ridicule him, only then Srihari came there and Vishwa Mohini put the garland in his neck and Shri Hari took the world Mohini there.  Then both the Ganes of Shiva who were ridiculing Narada ji showed their face to Narada in clean water.  Seeing the face Narada ji was very angry and at the same time went to Vaikuntha loka and told Shri Hari that I had asked you beautiful form but you gave me the appearance of a monkey.  I curse you that you too will suffer in separation and your monkeys will help you here. They cursed even the sages of Shiva. You two become demons. Shri Hari accepted his curse and removed his illusion.  Narayaji became enlightened as soon as Maya withdrew and repented that I cursed my favored god and started repenting, then Lord Shri Hari told Narada that after conquering Kamadeva, you could boast that pride.  To break it, I had created all this illusion because you are my dear devotee and in which you will be benefited, I will do the same, Narada ji was very ashamed to hear that Shri Hari said that your curse will not be false.  I will take the incarnation of Rama in the Treta Yuga, in the same era, both these ganas of Lord Shiva will be in the form of demons, when I am wandering here and there, then this monkey will help me in the form of Hanuman and by killing the demons of Ravana and Kumbhakaran etc.  I will save them.

 It is learned from this story that arrogance always hurts, sometimes one should not boast about anything because whatever happens is due to the will of God, we are only instruments.
