नवरात्रों में पाठ पूजा

 नवरात्रों में 9 दिन मां की भक्ति में बिताने चाहिए कई लोग घट स्थापना करते हैं लाल कपड़ा बिछाकर माता की स्थापना करते हैं और कई लोग जवारे भी बोते हैं कलश की स्थापना करते हैं पूजा में कई लोग 9 दिन तक तुलसीदास जी द्वारा रचित रामचरितमानस का नवान परायण का पाठ करते हैं जिससे माता रानी बहुत प्रसन्न होती हैं क्योंकि मां जगदंबा ही सीता माता के रूप में राजा जनक के यहां पधारी थी और मां जगदंबा अपने पति के (राम के)चरित्र को सुनकर बहुत प्रसन्न होती हैं इसलिए नवरात्रों में रामचरितमानस के नवान्न परायण का बहुत महत्व है कई लोग दुर्गा सप्तशती का पाठ करते हैं लेकिन इस पाठ को करने से पहले आपको यह निश्चित कर लेना चाहिए कि आप का उच्चारण शुद्ध हो क्योंकि दुर्गा सप्तशती संस्कृत में है और अगर उच्चारण गलत होगा तो उसका अर्थ भी गलत होगा इसका  तात्पर्य ही बदल जाएगा इसलिए अच्छा करने के लिए अपने उच्चारण पर जरूर ध्यान दें उच्चारण गलत होने से अर्थ का अनर्थ भी हो सकता है ।

                   आजकल की भागदौड़ भरी जिंदगी में समय का अभाव रहता है आज के समय में स्त्री पुरुष दोनों ही कमाने के लिए आजीविका के लिए बाहर निकल जाते हैं अर्थात दोनों ही नौकरी करते हैं ऐसे में जब आपके पास समय का अभाव हो तो आप मां की पाठ पूजा कैसे करें इसका एक बहुत ही सरल उपाय आपको बता रही हूं खासकर स्त्रियों के लिए ताकि आप नवरात्रों में इसका पाठ कर सके वह है दुर्गा चालीसा, विंधेश्वरी चालीसा ।

                  प्रातः स्नान कर  माता की ज्योत लेकर इसका पाठ करना चाहिए यह बहुत ही सरल भाषा में है इसका पाठ कोई भी कर सकता है और मां जगदंबा की भक्ति कर सकता है इस चालीसा को हम अगले लेख में प्रस्तुत करेंगे ।

Many people recite Durga Saptashati, but before doing this lesson you should make sure that your pronunciation is pure because Durga Saptashati is in Sanskrit and if the pronunciation is wrong then its meaning will also be wrong.  Meaning will change, so make sure to pay attention to your pronunciation in order to do well, due to the pronunciation being wrong, the meaning can also be lost.

 There is a lack of time in today's run-of-the-mill life; In today's time, both men and women go out for a livelihood to earn money, that is, both work, in such a situation, when you lack time, you worship the mother  I am telling you a very simple way of how to do it, especially for women so that you can recite it in Navratras, that is Durga Chalisa, Vindeshwari Chalisa.

 We should take bath in the morning and recite it with the light of the mother, it is in a very simple language, anyone can read it and can do devotion to the mother Jagadamba, we will present this chalisa in the next article
